In 2025, Camp Adventurewood will consist of a six-week session, lasting from Monday, June 16th through Friday, July 25th. (There is no camp on Friday, July 4th, in observation of Independence Day.) Our three session options, along with the corresponding prices, are listed below:
5 Days per Week
Monday through Friday -- $4,950
3 Days per Week
Monday-Wednesday-Friday only -- $3,550
2 Days per Week
Tuesday-Thursday only -- $2,650
Summer Camp Registration is as easy as 1-2-3!
Step 1:
ENROLL. Families can enroll in Camp Adventurewood online by clicking HERE. A $500 deposit is required for each camper enrolled. Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis!
Step 2:
INFORMATION. Within 24 hours of enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email. That will be followed by a DocuSign packet, which includes medical/liability release forms (required for each child enrolled) and other important Summer 2025 details.
Step 3:
BALANCE. Final payment is due to Camp Adventurewood on May 1st, 2025. You will receive an invoice as that date approaches.
Two Camp Adventurewood T-Shirts (three if the camper attends five days per week), transportation costs, and a Summer-in-Review DVD (scheduled for release in December) are all included in the price. A $500 deposit is required to reserve space for each child enrolled. At this point in the enrollment process, all deposits are nonrefundable. Additional camp information will be emailed out after your deposit has been received. Unfortunately, refunds will not be given for camp days missed, and campers may not make up absent days due to a lack of available van space.
